Sokoto State Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal is set to perform the groundbreaking ceremony of the new multi-million naira Sokoto State University Teaching Hospital (SOSUTH), Kasarawa.
Preparatory to the event slated for Thursday, Gov. Tambuwal made a brief stopover from a journey at the site to inspect the level of preparedness for the ceremony, which is expected to be graced by his Rivers State counterpart, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike.
“Led by the state Deputy Governor, Hon. Mannir Muhammad Dan’Iya (Walin Sokoto), some members of the Sokoto State Executive Council, contractors handling the project and their technical crew showed the governor around the site,” Tambuwal’s spokesman Muhammad Bello said in a statement on Tuesday.
