Former Minister of Education and two term Governor of Kano State Malam Ibrahim Shekarau and his wife Halima have welcomed a new child.
According to a popular lifestyle blog Northern Hibiscus, the two welcomed the baby on Thursday.
Shekarau, 65, is now a senator representing Kano Central while Halima, Garkuwar Nakasassu and Sonia Nupe, is into humanitarian activities.
Halima, who has co-wives, had in July 2016 given birth to a bouncing baby girl.
