Olanrewaju Abdul-Ganiyu Fasasi, popularly known by his stage name, Sound Sultan dies after a protracted illness.
His death was announced by Dr. Kayode Fasasi, who signed the statement on behalf of the family.
According to the statement, the musician had a long hard-fought battle with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma (AITL).
He is survived by his wife, three children and his siblings.
