Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State has sent a condolence message to the state Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Dr. Babandi Ibrahim over the death of his wife Hajiya Talatu Mohammed.
The governor, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Public Relations Habibu Nuhu Kila, described the death as a great loss to the family and the state in general.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant her eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
Her funeral prayers (janaza) held in Gumel Local Government Area of Jigawa State and attended by many.
