President Muhammadu Buhari has promoted and decorate the newly appointed Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Faruk Yahaya.
Buhari, assisted by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, performed the exercise at the commencement of the Federal Executive Council Meeting at the State House, Abuja.
