The Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, on Tuesday, hosted the World Bank’s Managing Director of Operations, Anna Bjerde, and her delegation in his office in Abuja.
At the strategic meeting, development programmes and projects were discussed.
The CBN shared pictures from the visit on its social media handles.
Cardoso commended the World Bank for its support to the country over the years, noting that the support was not only in terms of dollars and cents but also through the huge knowledge, which would be beneficial to the country.
“We look forward to more collaboration,” Cardoso said.
