The Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila has presided over an emergency meeting with principal officers to discuss the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The speaker made this known via a tweet on his Twitter handle on Sunday.
“I just presided over an emergency meeting of the Body of Principal Officers of House of Representatives today Sunday, where we deliberated on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
“We know that the pandemic affects all our constituents and Nigerians can be assured of our legislative intervention.”
