The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested the Editor of Shiite-owned newspaper Al-Mizan Ibrahim Musa.
The editor was said to be on his way to Saudi Arabia for lesser Hajj when he was picked up by the DSS at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport in Kano State.
Sources close to the newspaper said they were yet to know why he was arrested.
The editor has however been released some 24 hours after.
