The Department of the State Service (DSS) on Monday arrested the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibrahim Magu.
The EFCC boss, who was intercepted by security agents at the entrance of the Wuse II office of the anti-graft agency, is appearing before a panel at the State House.
He is expected to answer allegations levelled against him by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami, among others.
Dateline Nigeria recalls that the Senate had in 2016 declined to confirm the EFCC boss based on a report by the DSS.
