EFCC declares two company directors wanted over alleged fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has declared two directors of Oasis Vivacity Global Limited wanted in connection with an alleged case of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence, and fraudulent diversion of funds.

In separate “WANTED” notices released by the commission and signed by Dele Oyewale, Head, Media & Publicity, the EFCC named the suspects as Oluwatosin Osasona Adekunle and Victoria Chidinma Nwachukwu.

According to the notices, both suspects are linked to Oasis Vivacity Global Limited and share the same last known address: House No. 3, Millennium Estate, Alhaji Gbenga Ashafa Street, Gbagada, Lagos State.

But while Oluwatosin Osasona Adekunle, a 32-year-old male, hails from Ekiti State, Victoria Chidinma Nwachukwu, 31-year-old female, is from Imo State, according to the notices.

The EFCC said both individuals are wanted for their alleged roles in the offences.

The commission urged members of the public with useful information on the whereabouts of Adekunle and Nwachukwu to contact any of its offices in Ibadan, Uyo, Sokoto, Maiduguri, Benin, Makurdi, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt or Abuja.
