Famous Islamic scholar Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi has prayed for a sustainable peace in all nooks and corners of the country.
Sheikh Dahiru, who is the Deputy Chairman Fatwa Committee of Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs, made this prayer which marked 2022 Eid Mubarak at the end of two Rakaat prayers in Bauchi.

He called on all Nigerians to turn back to God as He is the only one that has the solution to the problems facing the country.
The Sheikh called on government at all levels to live up to expectation of protecting lives and properties and advised everyone to work towards achieving peace at all costs.
He prayed to Allah to end the issue of terrorism, banditry and kidnapping which have become the order of the day.
