President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday received Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir Ahmed El Rufai accompanied by his Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Mr Samuel Aruwan.
Dateline Nigeria reports that the Kaduna State governor was at the State House to brief President Buhari on the killing of 40 people by bandits in Giwa Local Government Area of the state.
El-Rufai, while condoling with the people after the attack, promised to visit the president as part of efforts to find solution to the insecurity onnoart of the state.
Buhari has also condemned the killings in a statement issued by the presidency.
