An Executive Director of Urban Shelters Ltd, Muktar Aliyu, has died in Abuja after a brief illness at the age of 38.
The deceased, who is survived by a wife and three children, is the son of Alhaji Ibrahim Aliyu, Sardaunan Minna.

In a condolence message, Niger State Governor Abubakar Sani Bello commiserated with the family.
“We all know that death is the end of all humans but for death to come at one’s prime age is very painful to the love ones particularly the parents and immediate family members.
“However, our faith will continue to remain in Allah who has the final say”, Bello was quoted as saying in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary Mary Noel-Berje.
The governor prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive all the shortcomings of the deceased and grant his soul Aljannah Firdausi.
He equally prayed to Almighty Allah to give the parents, immediate family members and other close associates the fortitude to bear the loss.
