FRSC seeks more synergy with Nigerian Army

The Assistant Corps Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Ohafia Ebere Agwu, has called on the Commander 14 Brigade Nigerian Army Brigadier General Mohammed Dahiru Abumawashi for more synergy in tackling security and road traffic offenders in Ohafia and its environs on Tuesday, 8 February 2022, at the Brigade headquarters.

She stated that it’s a privilege to work with the Nigerian Army being the backbone of security. She will continue to reduce road traffic offenders to the barest minimum while wishing the Commander a successful tenure.

Responding, the Commander 14 Brigade Nigerian Army Brigadier General Mohammed Dahiru Abumawashi welcomed her and her entourage and stated that he would ensure collaborative efforts and cooperation with other agencies to achieve our set objective of maintaining peace and tranquillity in the state and beyond.

He reiterates the need for cooperation with other security agencies in achieving peace in the State and beyond, which is working in line with the Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya’s vision. Adding that individuals can not do it alone, as such, all hands must be on deck to achieve peace.

Highlights of the courtesy visit were the signing of the visitor’s book and group photograph.
