The Vice- Chancellor Federal University Dutse, Prof. Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed has condole the Correspondent Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalist, Jigawa State Chapter over the death of its Chairman, Ahmed Abubakar of the SUN Newspaper.
He described the death as a huge loss to Jigawa state especially the media circle. Prof. Abdukarim said the Correspondent Chapel under the able leadership of late Ahmed Abubakar has been à partner in progress in the development of Federal University Dutse in the last ten years.

The VC described late Ahmed as a veteran Journalist who has paid his due to the Journalism profession adding that the late Chairman of the Correspondent Chapel was a fine gentleman who carried out his assignment diligently in the course of his long and eventful career .
He prayed to Allah to grant him aljantu Firdausi and grant his family and friends the fortitude to bear the loss.
