Gombe governor sympathizes with Yobe dep gov over death of 2 children

The Gombe State Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has identified with Yobe State Deputy Alh. Idi Barde Gubana over recent accident of his family members, leaving two of his children dead and hospitalization of wife, and others.

The children of the Yobe State Deputy Governor, Khadijah, 16, and Mai Mala, 7, died week after sustaining injuries from a ghastly motor accident on Azare, Bauchi state along Yobe Kano express way.

The Governors was represented by his deputy Dr. Manasseh Daniel Jatau visited hometown Damagum, Emir’s Palace where they enjoined the bereaved the entire Emirate and Yobe State to accept the incidence and death as an inevitable phenomenon on all mortals.

The Governor admonished that from creation God has allocated things to happen at appointed times, stressing that the number of years allocated to the deceased children have been spent and that the accident shall happen where it happened and no human effort could have averted it.

He prayed God Almighty to grant the deceased souls Aljanna Firdaus and the entire people fortitude to bear the loss and the injured ones receiving treatment in the hospital, quick recovery.

Receiving the Gombe State Deputy Governor his counterpart of Yobe State, Alh. Idi Barde Gubana and the Emir of Fune, Damagum Alh. Saleh Ibn Idirissa appreciated the concern shown them by coming to sympathize with them, praying God to reward the Governor, government and people of the state for identifying with him in the moment of grief.
