Gov Uba Sani leads NSA to Kaduna community rocked by bombing mishap

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has led the National Security Adviser, Mal. Nuhu Ribadu to Tudun Biri Community to assess the humanitarian situation and console the families of the victims of the unfortunate military drone attack.

Gov Sani disclosed this in a statement on his social media handles on Friday.

“We were well received by the families of the victims and community members. They expressed appreciation for the speed with which the State Government evacuated the injured to Barau Dikko Hospital, dispatched relief materials to the area, and called for immediate investigation into the unfortunate incident and compensation for the victims.

“I used the opportunity to reassure the community that the Federal Government has made a firm commitment to compensate the families of the victims and rebuild the Tudun Biri Community through the PULAKU Initiative. Access roads, houses, schools, and primary healthcare centres would be provided.”

The NSA gave assurances that the Federal Government will carry out a thorough investigation into the unfortunate incident and bring those found culpable to justice.

“Before we left Tudun Biri village, we joined other Muslim faithful to observe the Friday Juma’at prayer where we prayed for the repose of the souls of the deceased and speedy recovery for the injured,” Sani said.
