Kaduna Electric has informed customers that it will soon begin a debt recovery exercise in Zaria.
The electricity distribution company disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday signed by its Head, Corporate Communication., Abdulazeez Abdulahi.
The statement said “Kaduna Electric informs its esteemed customers that it will begin a debt recovery exercise in Zaria Region starting from February 1, 2024.
“All customers who have accrued debt for electricity consumed are advised to come forward and settle them to avoid disconnection.
“Customers should kindly note that reconnection of electricity supply after disconnection attracts a reconnection fee in addition to settlement of the outstanding payments. Hurry and settle your debts to avoid any inconvenience.”
