  • Prof Bello Ayuba named PPS

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has sworn in former Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs Samuel Aruwan as Administrator, Kaduna Capital Territory Authority (KCTA).

The governor also inaugurated Prof Bello Ayuba as Principal Private Secretary (PPS).

Sani said “Samuel Aruwan is a long standing journalist and immediate past/pioneer Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, while Prof. Bello Ayuba is a seasoned academic and administrator.

“There is no doubt that these two individuals will play major roles in the formulation and execution of our administration’s policies, programmes and projects in the next four years.

“We are confident that the experience they bring on board will be beneficial in the delivery of our promises to the good people of Kaduna State.

“These are challenging times. Now more than ever, we must individually and collectively task ourselves to help stabilize our state and place it on the path to sustainable peace and development.

“It is for this reason that our administration is putting together a Solid Team of experienced, innovative, creative, dedicated and committed individuals with passion for service.

“I also seized the opportunity offered by the swearing in ceremony to announce the nomination of Samuel Aruwan as a Commissioner. Pending his confirmation by the State House of Assembly, I detailed him to oversee the affairs of the Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs.”
