Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun) has, today, received various groups of his supporters on a courtesy call.
The Governor received at once, the leaders of Zamfara State Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mines and Agriculture, (ZACCIMA), who were led by its Chairman, Alhaji Hamza Musa Maibulawus.
Other groups received include the team of defecting Madawaki ward Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Alhaji Yahaya Mohammed Magaji, (which happens to be the very ward of the Party’s Gubernatorial candidate in the state).
Other groups at the reception included Gwandu for A A Yari, PDP Youth Aspirants and Jamilu MD Foundation who both announcced their defection to the APC. Others are solidarity groups who established their total support to the APC which include SA/SSA Forum for Yari, Mai Bungudu Foundation, Coalition Of Zamfara Youth and All Polling Units Association.
All the groups highlighted their structures, functions, outreach and their various contributions to the political discourse in Zamfara state and beyond.
Governor Matawalle welcomed their decision to join his Party and his team and assured them that they will all be carried along in the mass movement of APC campaigns in the state until the Party records success in all the oncoming elections.
