Miss Hassana Mohammed Yakubu, a Correspondent of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) has passed on, colleagues and course-mates inform Dateline Nigeria.
She died Monday afternoon (today) after a protracted illness and was buried at the Muslim burial ground Bashama Road, Kaduna.
Hassana was a graduate of Mass Communication, Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna. She has been a staff of News Agency of Nigeria for more than 10 years.
The Coordinator, Kaduna Polytechnic Mass Communication Alumni Association (KAMASSCAA), Comrade Sharifudeen Ibrahim Muhammad described the deceased as a thorough professional who was dedicated to her job.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive her and console her twin sister Hussaina Muhammad (also a staff of NAN) colleagues and other loved ones.
