The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), H.E. Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, expressed his deep sorrow for the death of 11 newborn babies in the fire that broke out in the neo-natal ward of Abdulaziz Sy Dabakh Hospital in Tivaouane, north of the Senegalese capital, Dakar.
The OIC Secretary-General expressed his solidarity and sympathy with the mothers of the new born babies and their families, praying to Allah the Almighty to strengthen their hearts and grant them patience and solace.
The Secretary-General offered his condolences to the leadership, people and families of the babies victims of the blaze, expressing his condolences to the Republic of Senegal, stressing the sympathy of the OIC with Senegal in this great loss.
