The Kano born, 19 year-old Naja’atu, who started appearing in Kannywood movies since she was 10, is called Murjanatu Yar Baba for her role in the movie with the same title.

She is a student at the Northwest University (now Yusuf Maitama Sule University) Kano State.

It would be recalled that about three years ago, the Super Eagles star reportedly battered his first wife Sumayya Mustapha in a case of domestic violence.
