A former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Kingsley Moghalu has disclosed his intention to run for president again in 2023.
Moghalu, who was a candidate in the 2019 presidential election, made his intention known on his twitter handle.
“2023: I will run because the people matter. There is no hope out of our troubles until Nigeria faces the leadership question and looks for capacity, competence, and a compassionate heart for the suffering poor.
“In 2023 we will have a clear choice between the future and the disappointing past, between real progress and the corrupt status quo, between good governance and politics as “business” that profits only career politicians while the people starve. Get ready to make your choice,” Moghalu said.
