Governor of Yobe State Mai Mala Buni has approved the appointment of Senator Adamu Garba Talba as Special Adviser on Rural Electrification.
According to a statement by ab aide to the governor, the appointment takes immediate effect.
Dateline Nigeria reports that Adamu Garba Talba, a native of Karai-Karai, was born in Nangere, Yobe State in 1952.
He represented Yobe South Senatorial District in the National Assembly from 2007 to 2011.
