The Yobe State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, has issued a caution alert to motorists plying the Bauchi-Damaturu-Maiduguri road.
In an alert on Sunday, September 27, 2026, the agency said a significant portion of the road has been cut off near the Darazo exit.
It advised motorists travelling along the Bauchi-Yobe-Maiduguri route or from Kano to Gombe to exercise extreme caution and take necessary safety precautions.
SEMA urged road users to stay safe while alternative measures are being considered.
