In the ganuwa (ancient city walls), family, friends and wel wishers of Turakin Zazzau, Alhaji Aminu Shehu Idris were seen within the precint of the palace, hoping and praying he succeeds his father.
Supporters were also seen around the residence of Iyan Zazzau, Alhaji Bashir Aminu in Sabon Gari, where he was a district head.
The GRA residence of Yariman Zazzau, Alhaji Muhammadu Munir Jafar is also witnessing an influx of supporters and well wishers who are going to offer their support and pray for his success.
Previous Successions
According to palace sources, there is no definite time for succession but it is done as soon as possible in order to reduce anxiety.
