This warning came following a report made by the widow, Mrs Aghaji, alleging that upon her husband’s death, her inlaws took her two kids from her and forcefuly ejected her from her house.
She also said that the matter has been reported to their kindred for peaceful resolution but her late husband’s brother Emmanuel Aghaji who teamed up with other of his siblings refused all forms of mediation and threatened to deal with her if she ever comes close to her children and the Aghaji family.

She then warned that anyone who would stand in the way of the state government by excluding the widow from the burial of her late husband would face the law.
The burial is slated to hold on Saturday, 24th of August, 2024, at Achina.
