The death has been announced of Wazirin Hadejia, Alhaji Hashim Amar.
His janaza (funeral) will hold today by 1.30pm at the palace mosque in Hadejia, Jigawa State.
Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State has condoled the Emir of Hadejia Alhaji Adamu Abubakar Maje over the death.
The Governor, in a statement by his Special Adviser Media and Public Relations Habibu Nuhu Kila on Wednesday, said the death of late Wazirin Hadejia is a great loss not only to his people and Hadejia Emirate but the nation in general.
He described late Alhaji Hashim Amar as seasoned administrator and community leader whose service to humanity will ever be remembered.
Governor Badaru pray to the Almighty Allah to grant him eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
