The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced a change of date for the presentation of certificate of return and swearing-in ceremony of its newly elected national officers.
The event earlier scheduled to hold at the Chida International Conference Center, Utako, is now holding at the International Conference Center, Abuja, Central Business District,
This is contained in a statement on Saturday by the Chairman, National Convention Organizing Committee (NCOC) and Governor of Adamawa State Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
“The swearing-in of the newly elected National Officers of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), earlier scheduled for Thursday, December 9, 2021 has been rescheduled for Friday December 10, 2021, at 9:30AM.
“All State Chairmen of our Party are advised to pick up their invitation card at the party’s National Secretariat, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja. Party leaders, stakeholders and members nationwide are advised to note this accordingly, please,” Fintiri said, adding that the event is strictly by invitation.
