Former Speaker of the House of Representatives Dimeji Bankole has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Bankole, who is among the seven aspirants that stepped down for Tinubu at the venue of the APC national convention, paid a congratulatory visit to Tinubu in Abuja on Thursday evening.

He asked his teeming supporters and associates to work for the victory of the APC candidate in the 2023 elections.
The former speaker said, “What is important to us all is the overall development of Nigeria and Tinubu is in a leading position to be on the driver’s seat.”
