In an interview on the exercise in Kaduna, the interim Coordinator of the group, Hassan Ibrahim Ndanusa Dabogi said the purpose of the media campaigns was to reemphasize the importance of PVC registration to the general public.
“Our objectives for embarking on this are: the need to have good governance in the country, sensitization of the people to obtain their PVC and using it to vote at elections and garner support for our Presidential Candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu Jagaba,” Dabogi said.
“We are also appealing to the national headquarters of the party and the Jagaba our presidential candidate to choose Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai as his Vice President at the coming general elections in 2023 because of his commitment in ensuring that the zoning policy of the APC becomes a reality.
:Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai has taken a stand that the APC Presidential Candidate should come from the South-West of which that dream has been achieved.
“Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai has achieved a lot in Kaduna state in terms of developmental projects etc. I also want to seize this opportunity to appeal to Nigerian women wherever they are, most especially in the 23 Local Government Areas of Kaduna State to come out en masse so as to ensure that they are registered at the ongoing Voter’s Registration exercise.”
