The Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D, has congratulated the Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, on his one year in office.
In a press statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, the Speaker said Governor Sani has been able to bring good governance to the people, especially those in rural areas.
Describing the Kaduna State governor as a purposeful and result-oriented leader, the Speaker noted with delight how Senator Uba Sani has focused attention on developing the rural areas of Kaduna State.
Speaker Abbas noted that the massive infrastructural projects in those areas would go a long way in bringing development closer to the people at the grassroots.
He added that the governor was able to unite the people of Kaduna State across all divides, which is why the citizens of the state support his policies and programmes.
“I have, in the last one year, keenly observed the leadership style of my dear governor, His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, and come to the conclusion that he is a leader who tries his best to make a difference.
“Going by his performance in the last one year, I am convinced that Governor Uba Sani will truly make his mark in Kaduna State in years to come,” Speaker Abbas said.
The Speaker called on the people of Kaduna State to continue giving the government of Senator Uba Sani the necessary support to succeed.
