Popular Nigerian actor Ali Nuhu has asked singer Davido to pull down his controversial video and apologise to Muslims.
Dateline Nigeria reports that in the controversial video, which has continued to cause outrage among Muslims, some men dressed in white gowns were shown dancing on their prayer mats supposedly in front of a mosque.
But reacting through his Instagram page, Ali Nuhu said “I just came across the controversial video by Davido, as much we want to be creative in our various fields we should learn to respect other people’s religion, culture and tradition.
“This is totally unacceptable in Islam. You should pull down that video and apologize for hurting the entire Muslim ummah.”
