Niger State Governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago has commiserated with the Commissioner for Budget and Planning Commission, Mustapha Ndajiwo over the death of his father – in-law, Mal. Risqua Mohammed Kabir while on pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
The farmer Governor in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Commissioner over the loss.
Farmer Umaru Bago who acknowledged that death is inevitable, said the physical separation is always sorrowful, and it leaves one in an emotional turbulence.
The farmer Governor said he shared in their moment of grief, he, however, encouraged the family to be comforted with the fact that the deceased died in the holy land while fulfilling his religious obligation.
He prayed to Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant him entrance into Aljannah Firdausi.
The farmer Governor also used the opportunity to sympathised with the families of some other pilgrims from Niger State who also died while performing the Hajj exercise in Saudi Arabia, and prayed for the repose of their souls.
