An All Progressive Congress (APC) stalwart in Bauchi State, Honorable Bulus Iliya (also known as Bulusiyya), on Friday, commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing former House of Representatives Speaker Yakubu Dogara as Board Chairman of the National Credit Guarantee Company Limited (NCGC).
Bulus Iliya, who contested House of Assembly representing Bogoro constituency in the 2023 general election, said this in Bauchi today when he interacted with reporters.
He said President Tinubu did a very good job for appointing Dogara as Board Chairman, adding that it will strengthen the company and bring more development to the country.
He further said that the track records of Yakubu Dogara in legislative and public service speak volumes of his capacity to lead the pivotal institution at such a crucial time in the nation’s economic development.
“On behalf of myself and family extend our heartfelt congratulations to our mentor, boss, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, the Jendhm of Zaar Land, on your well-deserved appointment as Chairman of the Board of the National Credit Guarantee Company Limited (NCGC),” he said.
He also said the new established company by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu will reduce risks for lenders and make borrowing more accessible for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), manufacturers, and even consumers.
The APC candidate of the 2023 General election for Bogoro constituency in the Bauchi State House of Assembly, urged people to continue praying for President Ahmed Bola Tinubu in other God to continue giving him wisdom, strength, knowledge and more years ahead.
