- ND Renewable Energy Technology, ND Procurement & Supply, ND Taxation top the list
Arrangements are currently ongoing by the Federal Polytechnic Bida to invite the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for resource inspection of seven new programmes.
The new programmes being prepared for resource inspection include; ND Taxation, ND Renewable Energy & Technology, ND Procurement & Supply, ND Food Technology, ND Health Information Management, HND Library and Information Sciences and HND Tourism Management Technology
Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr. Abubakar A. Dzukogi said the development will further enhance the already established academic development of the institution, especially in terms of programme expansion and provision of a variety of opportunities to students in choosing their academic careers.
Dr. Dzukogi also noted that the new programmes will boost the rating of the polytechnic particularly in fulfilling its academic mandate.
For his part, Director, Academic Planning Unit (APU), Dr. Fashagba Paul Femi hinted that adequate arrangements are on top gear to get officials of the NBTE to inspect resources for the new programmes.
He commended the Rector for his tireless efforts at bringing new programmes which offer new opportunities to people from all places.
According to Fashagba, “the new courses are a sure way to enhancing and boosting our rating in academic development.”
