President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Kaduna, straight from Banjul, the Gambia, where he witnessed the inauguration of President Adama Barrow for a second term. He was received by Malam Nasir El-Rufai and senior KDSG officials.
The President will be commissioning urban renewal and other projects over the next two days (Thursday and Friday) in Kafanchan, Kaduna and Zaria.
“We are delighted to welcome President Muhammadu Buhari to Kaduna. We thank him for coming to commission some of our projects in Kaduna State,” El-Rufai said on his social media handles.
The state government has already announced roads to be closed and alternative ones to be used during the course of the visit.
