Zinedine Zidane’s job as Real Madrid coach continues to be a source of debate going into the final matchday of the LaLiga Santander season, yet Real Madrid legend, Iker Casillas, firmly believes that the French coach can’t be criticised for anything.
Zidane has hardly been convincing with his words over his position with Los Blancos, although there remains a slim chance that his team could actually win the championship on the final day.

“Zidane can’t be criticised for anything,” Casillas explained in an interview with Radio MARCA.
“What he has achieved is incredible, and is only in the reach of very few or even a single person.”
Real Madrid need to win their match and hope Real Valladolid do them a favour against Atletico Madrid, and Casillas hasn’t given up hope his former team will triumph.
“I would have preferred Real Madrid to be sat in first, but I hope that Real Valladolid can help us win this weekend,” he added.
“I wish everyone luck, but let’s see if we have a little more ourselves and we can win LaLiga.”
From a personal standpoint, Casillas has been recovering from a heart-attack suffered during his time with FC Porto, which ultimately ended his playing career.
