The Chief of Imam of Uthman bin Affan Mosque in Wuse II, popularly known as Banex mosque, Imam Abduljalil Dabo, has died.
Imam Abduljalil died after a protracted illness on Sunday around 4pm.
His janaza will take place today by 1:30pm at Banex mosque, Wuse II, while his remains will be buried at Gudu cemetery in Abuja, Huseyn Zakaria, who conducts the annual tafsir at the mosque, said.
Late Imam Abduljalil is survived by three wives, many children and grandchildren.
