The facility, worth more than $10 million, is expected to employ 300 professionals and create over 500 indirect jobs when it fully commences operations.
Colonel Sani Bello, a former military administrator of Kano State between 1975 and 1978, has investments in oil, telecommunications and electricity sectors.
