The Comptroller-General of Customs (CGC), Adewale Adeniyi, has condoled with the Governor of Jigawa State, Umar Namadi, on the tragic loss of his beloved mother and son.
The Customs Area Controller (CAC), Comptroller Dauda Chana led a delegation to the Governor at Government House, Dutse, where he conveyed the heartfelt condolences of the CGC and the entire Nigeria Customs Service.

The delegation expressed their profound sorrow and offered sincere prayers for the Governor and his family during this difficult time.
The statement read, “The Nigeria Customs Service stands in solidarity with the Governor and the people of Jigawa State during this time of grief.”
The delegation emphasised the importance of resilience and strength in coping with such a profound loss.
Governor Namadi expressed his gratitude for the visit and the condolences from the Nigeria Customs Service, acknowledging the support and solidarity extended by the Service during this challenging period.
