Nigerian singer Davido (real name David Adeleke) has finally deleted from Twitter the controversial music video of his signee, Logos Olori, following outrage from Muslims.
Dateline Nigeria reports that in the controversial video for the song ‘Jaye Lo’, some Muslim men were shown switching from praying to dancing on their praying mats in front of what appeared like a mosque.
Many Nigerian Muslims including Senator Shehu Sani and popular actor Ali Nuhu faulted the video and asked Davido to pull it down because it was offensive to Muslims.
The singer is however yet to apologise for the controversial video as demanded by many on social media platforms.
