Former Kaduna State Governor Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi has lost his first son to road accident in Kaduna.
Faisal Makarfi died as a result of automobile accident on Kaduna-Zaria expressway.
“He was confirmed dead at the Prime Specialist Hospital in Kaduna where he was rushed to on Saturday evening,” a friend told Dateline Nigeria in Kaduna
His janaza (funeral prayer) has been slated for 11am on Sunday.
The deceased, a civil engineer, attended Kaduna International School (KIS) and Adesoye College, Offa, Kwara State for his primary and secondary education respectively.
He attended the University of Greenwich, London, in the United Kingdom for his undergraduate and master’s degree and enrolled for PhD at the same institution.
