A former Bursar, Federal University Dutse (FUD), Mal. Abdu Gimba, has died in Cairo, Egypt after a brief illness.
His death was announced on Tuesday in a statement by FUD.
“With total submission to the will of Allah and gratitude to Allah for a life well spent, the death has occurred of the former Bursar, Federal University Dutse, Mal.Abdu Gimba,FCA who died today in Cairo, Egypt after a brief illness.
“On behalf of the Governing Council, Management,Staff and Students of the Federal University Dutse, The Vice-Chancellor- Chancellor, Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed wishes to condole the family of the late Bursar as well as the University Community over the irreparable loss.
“May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljanatu Firdausi. May Allah give the family the fortitude to bear the loss. Ameen.”
