The National Universities Commission has given accreditation to ten Programmes run by the Federal University Dutse
This followed the re – accreditation visit by the NUC to the university in October/ November 2023.
The accreditation result which was signed by Engineer Abraham Chundusu , Ag. Director of Accreditation and addressed to the Vice -Chancellor, Prof. Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed showed that Nine programs got full accreditation while one programme got interim accreditation.
The Programmes that got full accreditation are:
Master in public Policy and Administration, Fisheries, *English, Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Criminology and Security Studies, Political Science, while Cyber Security got interim accreditation.
The Vice-Chancellor thank the NUC for the positive results. He commended the management and staff of the university for making the positive results possible adding that all hands must continue to be on the deck to ensure that the standard attained is maintained.
