Right Honourable Isa Mohammed Ashiru has appointed Wazirin Birnin Gwari, Alhaji Abdulkadir Jibrin as the Chairman of the Consultative Committee on his aspiration for the governorship of Kaduna State on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Others appointed into the committee are Honourable Bashir Ibrahim Sakadadi who was the Special Adviser on Politics to the immediate past Governor of Kaduna State Alhaji (Dr) Mukhtar Ramalan Yero as the Director General, while a former Commissioner, Honourable Allahmagani Yohanna, is Secretary and the former Secretary to the Kaduna State Government, Honourable Hamza Ishaq Danmahawayi, will serve as Organizing Secretary.
The other appointments are as follows:

(2) Mrs Maria Dogo – Director, Women Affairs
(3) Honourable Yusuf Umar Garkuwa – Director, Youth Affairs
(4) Mr Edward John Auta Pama – Director,Media Relations
(5) Alhaji Yakubu Lere – Director, Public Affairs
(6) Right Honourable Mohammed Yaro Farakwai – Director, Contact/Mobilisation
(7) Dr. AbdurRahman Usman – Director, Planning, Research and Statistics
(8) Barrister Hussaini Abdu – Director, Legal Services
(9) Honourable Abdullahi Ahmed – Director, Special Duties
(10) Honourable Ibrahim Mohammed Dan Inna – Administrative Secretary
The Zonal Coordinators appointed are Alhaji Salisu Mai Masara Soba, Alhaji Ali Dogara Ga Allah and Honourable Edward Masha for zones 1, 2 and 3, respectively.
