Kaduna State University (KASU) has officially announced the promotion/appointment of the underlisted academic staff to the rank of Professor and Associate Professor respectively.
This followed the receipt of recommendation from External Assessors as approved by the Governing Council, the institution said in a statement by its Public Relations Officer Adamu Nuhu Bargo
Those promoted are:
- Dr. Matoh D. Dogara as Prof. of Geophysics
- Dr. Gaius Jatau as Prof. of Economic and Social History
- Dr. Peter Ayuba as Prof. of Applied & Computational Mathematics
- Dr. Fu’ad Sirate Sheriff as Prof. Arabic Language
- Dr. Tukur Abdulkadir as Prof. of International Relations & Strategic Studies
- Dr. Nasir Murtala Ibrahim as Prof. of Arabic Literature
- Dr. Binta Kasim as Mohammed Associate Professor in the Department of Mass Communication
- Dr. Bashir Kayode Sodipo as Associate Professor in the Department of Physics
- Dr. Ahmed Buba as Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science
- Dr. Aliyu Isa Suleiman as Associate Professor in the Department of Nigerian Languages and Linguistics
- Dr. Patrick Noah Okolo as Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences
- Dr. Ahmed Bello as Associate Professor in the Department of Education
- Dr. Ahmed Shehu as Associate Professor in the Department of Nigerian Languages and Linguistics
