The Vice-Chancellor, Kaduna State University, Prof. Abdullahi Musa received the District Head of Soba (Hakimi), Alh. Bashir Shehu Idris and Sarkin Soba, Alh. Sani Haladu in his office on Wednesday, 22nd February, 2023.
The purpose of visit was to felicitate with the VC on his appointment as the Chief Executive of KASU and to wish him a successful tenure being a son of Soba, KASU’s spokesman Adamu Nuhu Bargo said in a statement on Thursday.
The VC appreciated the visit and words of encouragement being a testimony that they crave for him to succeed. He committed to partnering with the Community for the betterment of humanity.
Prof. Musa said he is personally attached to his roots and has great respect for the Traditional Institution and grateful for the show of love as father figures.
He informed the visitors that KASU is moving to a new pattern that will make it excel locally, nationally and globally.
