The Emir of Katsina Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir and his Zazzau counterpart Amb Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli today attended the official commissioning of a 270 shop Musaiyaf Complex, a private sector commercial hub in Rigasa, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai was represented by the Administrator of Kaduna Capital Territory Hafiz Bayero.
The Administrator thanked the community for supporting the developer and assured the developer of more opportunities from the Kaduna Markets Development and Management Company (KMDMC) to develop similar hubs across the city.
